All information collected maintains strict confidentiality. As such, we are committed to the following:

• We don’t ask you for personal information unless we truly need it.
• We don’t share your personal information with anyone except to comply with the law, develop our products, or protect our rights.
• We don’t store personal information on our servers unless required for the ongoing operation of one of our services.
• We acknowledge and respect your right to control your personal information.

Dress for Success Canada Foundation is fully compliant with the Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA) and relevant provincial/territorial legislation regarding, but not limited to, freedom of information and privacy information protection.

Dress for Success Canada Foundation reserves the right to make changes to our policy as needed. If we make any substantial changes in the way we use your personal information we will notify you by posting a prominent announcement on our pages.

Dress for Success Canada Foundation operates two websites including dressforsuccesscanadafoundation.org, helpingwomennow.ca and all subdomains of dressforsuccesscanadafoundation.org (collectively, “websites”). It is Dress for Success Canada Foundation’s policy to respect your privacy regarding any information we may collect while operating our websites.
