Dress for Success Canada Foundation develops and customizes national partnerships to champion and fund Dress for Success Canadian Network Members from coast to coast. Centralized funding through the Foundation enables Dress for Success to scale the number of women and non-binary individuals served across Canada at the local level. Through the supports and programs delivered by our Canadian Network Members, unemployed and underemployed women and non-binary individuals are supported in their journey to economic independence. We know the exponentially positive impact that full and equal employment for women has on the economy, generational wealth development, and social cohesion in communities.

Individual style, collective impact. As a women-owned, purpose-driven brand, we feel deeply connected to the work of Dress for Success Canada. We believe that meaningful change comes from the unity of like-minded organizations, and we’re continually inspired by the impact this programming has for instilling confidence and agency. Our partnership represents an extension of H&B’s commitment to purpose—to donate a minimum of 1% of annual sales in donations and jewellery to causes that support self-identified women to reach their full potential. A symbol of strength and confidence, a piece of H&B is given to women in the employment styling program, and we’re honoured to have gifted over 7,000 Dress for Success clients across Canada to date.

Since the inception of our partnership in 2020, H&B has donated over $450,000 and counting to the Dress for Success Canada Foundation, and we’re excited to see what the future holds through collective action.

DYNAMITE

At Groupe Dynamite Inc., we believe clothing can be a strong catalyst for confidence. This belief makes our partnership with the Dress for Success Canada Foundation especially meaningful. Donation boxes placed throughout our head office, along with in-store cash point contributions, invite both employees and customers to take part in this shared mission—providing professional attire to women entering or re-entering the workforce and supporting them on their path to economic independence.
